LOL LOL LOL Reminds me of a picture card I did for a non-verbal patient, guy in his 40's. The clinic's picture card was boring and did not account for sentence structure. Mine was simple, top line imperatives (Yes, No, Please, Help), second line was nouns, third lines verbs, fourth line objects. Pictures were funny to naughty. He enjoyed it. I think the floor nurse framed it when he passed ;-) ;-) ;-)
