colon cancer (involving rectum and maybe sigma too). treatment: resection with terminal colostomy (Miles' technique); if histological examination results in an advanced stage, consider (in association with surgical treatment) multiple chemotherapy or chemotherapy + biological therapy (irinotecan + bevacizumab).
