I was 12 years old when this started. I started getting sore throat every four months. It is accompanied by light fever weakness, swollen glands and a lot of mucus. It is hard swallowing food during that time. I am 22 years old now. It still happens. I have changed so many doctors, so many medicines, yet none has provided a permanent solution. Throat swab culture came out clear. No anomaly in blood tests either. The medicines generally involve an antibiotic, a balgam expulsion like Tusq Tab, some paracetamol and a cough syrup. Solves the problem till it happens again after 4 months. I hope this case is as useful to you as it would be to me. Thank you.
