    I would agree with Stomatits Angularis. Could be because of vitamin B deficiency.

    Para mi es queilitis angular, provocada por la respiración bucal del paciente.

    For me it is angular cheilitis caused by mouth breathing of the patient.

    Angular stomatitis most likely.......Herpes labialis unlikely as lesion in that case would involve pustular lesion along mucocutaneous line
