What is your differential diagnosis ?
It can be gout but i need some biochemical information. Second its arthritis on cause of reumatic changes.
Gout (not rheumatoid arthritis, because there are tophi!!!!)
Agree it's Gout - because of the Tophi. If it wasn't for the tophi then yes RA - because boutennaire's deformity would have similar bucking of the joint.
