36 y/o female came in to the clinic complaining of shortness of breathing, upon inspection the patient is toxic with BP 120/90 mmHg, wheezes heard even without auscultation. Upon auscultation, wheezes heard all over lung fields with crackles. Patient has cough 2 days PTC, initially presented as non-productive. no meds taken. 1 day PTC, patient has fever accompanied by productive cough with yellow - whitish sputum. Patient did not took meds instead she rested. Few hours PTC, with the persistent symptoms patient opt to seek consult. What is your likely diagnosis? Radiograph done.. see image.. Thanks!
