Difficulties securing PPE during the Pandemic

Hello, I want to introduce myself, my name is Joe from Cryptech Solutions, we specialize in global logistics and data center consulting. Currently my company has made a commitment to help the world and do our part during this pandemic, and started contributing resources to helping local hospitals and fire departments secure personal protection equipment. Is this a worldwide issue right now? Are all of you seeing your doctors and nurses having to reuse PPE due to shortages in your countries? We are in MA, USA and it is a major issue here already, with people being asked to wash their gowns and masks.

We currently have 5 employees on securing supply chain of N95, KN95, gowns, surgical masks, thermometers, and anything else needed. I would love to get your input on how widespread this issue is so we can better help the world.
