Young doctors in Spain’s Barcelona stripped off their clothes to protest against low salaries, lack of supervision and lack of rest amid the coronavirus crisis. The young doctors removed their clothes and were in underwear as they gathered to protest in Barcelona’s Sant Jaume square. This comes after surging Covid-19 cases in hospitals in the region. The doctors said that by taking off their clothes they are stating the lack of protection they feel in their job They stated that many have to leave their specialisation and join the front line to contain the spread of the virus, however, this is something they were not ready for.
