    This patent came to our hospital's emergency department with major complaint pain in epigastric area. The pain start since 2 days before she came to our emergency department. She also feel some nausea and vomiting but not a profuse one. After some examination we decided to take a record on her EKG end we found this EKG. Can you spot the diagnosis ?
