What is your medical diagnosis ?
Buccal mucosa hyperpigmentation. Its on cause of Addisons disease.
i found this image in 2 sources
one says addison's Tolerance and Autoimmunity
Another says mucosal vitiligo
Psoria-Shield Types of Vitiligo
And if u see closely there are areas of both vitiligo ( even the lip border/ vermilion border has some hypopigmentation ) and hyperpigmentation (suggestive of Addison's disease ) and both conditions are of autoimmune nature and can coexist in the same patient.
Actually i was studying dermat and was on the topic of mucosal vitiligo and may be that influenced what i saw.
I would have included McCune Albright in my differential for hyperpigmentation, but becos this seems to be auto immune in nature ( the combo of Addison's and vitiligo ), i would like to go for that combo.
Answer ; Mostly Addison Disease
