herpes zoster (left ophtalmic nerve (V) affection)
Herpes Zoster involving left trigeminal most likely opthalmic division
Herpes zoster (shingles) affecting the Opthalmic division of Trigeminal nerve on left side
Herpes zooster. Affecting the ophtalmic division in left trigeminal nerve.
Answer : Herpes Zoster Ophthalmicus
