    Since there is deformity of the face [eyes, ears, nose, etc] & mandible since birth .......


    ......... hence the term ---- MANDIBULOFACIAL dysostosis .............


    ...... & the body & extremities are NOT shown, assuming it's NORMAL in appearance .......


    ....... this would either be ......... [1] TEACHER COLLINS Syndrome ..... [most probably; limited to the head only].......


    ........ or, ..... [2] FRANCESCHETTI- KLEIN Syndrome ........ [if with vertebral/body involvement] .......


    ......... Though there are other DDx but with more extensive body & extremity involvement ........
