That's the metatarsophalangeal articulation (MTP). The Articulatio metacarpophalangealis (MCP) is on the hand.
Never mind. I was wrong at the diagnosis anyways. I should have known that gout rarely comes at both MTP I. Plus, there is no real redness, just the swelling.
