Flossing is one of the most important components of oral health and you need to floss at least once a day for better results. Even a bad flossing is much better than no flossing. Flossing fights against gingivitis and prevents cavities and lessens bad breath. More importantly, flossing prevents some bacteria that may eventually cause many health problems.
