    cardiac achalasia.....rat tail lower end...treatment of choice is modified heller's operation or forceful pneumatic dilatation can also be done.....

    Oesaphageal stricture most probably post-caustic.
    It`s cant be acalasia because the stricture is all along the oeseaphagus, while in acalasia the stricture is distal and above it there is a dilatation.
    The treatment: 1. Dilatation treatment using special catheters.
    2. if this method dose not succeed then the neo-eosaphagus surgery must be applied using colon or gastric segments.
