What is your medical diagnosis for this case ?
cardiac achalasia.....rat tail lower end...treatment of choice is modified heller's operation or forceful pneumatic dilatation can also be done.....
ESTENOSIS ESOFAGICA DE EAD
A : Oesaphageal stricture
Oesaphageal stricture most probably post-caustic.
It`s cant be acalasia because the stricture is all along the oeseaphagus, while in acalasia the stricture is distal and above it there is a dilatation.
The treatment: 1. Dilatation treatment using special catheters.
2. if this method dose not succeed then the neo-eosaphagus surgery must be applied using colon or gastric segments.
achalasia secondary to dysphagia
stenosis esofageal subtotal dengan gambaran rat-tail
