Grading System of Medical Schools in the US - Pass/Fail, Letter Grades or Numerical Scores?

    The duration of medical schools in the US is 4 years. Two of them involve basic sciences, and the following two includes clinical rotations and elective programs.

    During basic sciences years students in the United States medical schools are graded as follows:
