    DIAGNOSIS :FRACTURE SCAPHOID BONE
    treatment:immobalization in scaphoid plaster cast including thumb for 2-3 weeks and follow up by oblique x ray till radiologicaL union
    if markedly displaced fracture : open reduction and internal fixation by k-wire or screw
