Help with an written exam case

    I am a nedical student and i have a case(writen exam case ) that i am not sure that i got it right can youhelp me with it
    A 67 year old presents to ER with :
    Dizziness , sever vertigo and vomiting
    She also complains of numbness of right face and left arm and leg
    She can move all her limbs
    1- what is the most likely diagnosis?
    2-What is the etiological cause? What are other finding you may get in her neurological examinations ?
    3- what is the important investigations to prove your suggested diagnosis?

    Have you figured out the answer yet??

    IDK the exact diagnosis but contralateral hemiparesis denotes to brain stem lesion

    Vertigo and vomiting may be something related to cerebellum or labrynith?
