My gums many times bleed(not much blood)when I brush tooth or even when I just spit. I use the meridol toothpaste,it helps me while using it but my gums are bleeding again now. What shall I do?
It's a scurvy probably. You have to take food rich in vitamin c or vitamin c supplement. You can change your toothpaste or see a dentist for investigate dental caries or for others cares and counseling.
