    Drinking water must be in 3 seperate breaths.This method of drinking is very beneficial for quenching the thirst. this method will change the temperature of the stomach Gradually. N.B>Sudden change of temperature inside the stomach is not desirable.
    When water is drunk in one sip, the gases in the stomach will ascend causing flatulence and stomachache.Drinking of water in three sips is doubly beneficial for those who live in hot regions; the method will help cool their internal system.Drinking of water in three sips is doubly beneficial for those who live in hot regions; the method will help cool their internal system. An example to understand this concept better when one pours water on a boiling pot, it will not decrease its temperature significantly.

    Great post on how to drink wate and like to add we must drink water in sitting position as it prevents from joint issues. Water is vital for health so we must drink enough water daily to meet water loss through different physical activities and to prevent ourselves from dehydration. Water regulates body temperature, boost metabolism and helps in losing and maintaining body weight.

    Water is essential to lead a life on the Earth. Living thing need water for growth and development of the body. Water is good for proper functioning of the body and for the fitness too. Drinking more water is beneficial for healthy body, Healthy skin, to loss weight, for functioning of the body and for other functions.

    Very innocent question that daily more water results the good health of the body more water keeps the body fit even kidneys also remains better by all means.
