Can anyone identify this worm that has been coming out in my stool for past 2 months? They vary is size, but longest I've seen is almost 2 inches long. Symptoms similar to pinworms (itchiness and movement in rectal area), but I didn't think they could get this big? 4 different medications have not gotten rid of them.

These parasites look weird, but most probably they're pinworms. Their size can get to 13 mm, however, you need to do a stool analysis to accurately identify the type of parasite and visit your doctor to get the correct treatment.
