45 years old patient coming to ER complaining of productivite cough with bloody stained, for the first time, he has no any chronic diseases, CBC and Chemistry done, that is normal, negative CXR, he is discharged with reassurance and telling him to return if the same thing was happened, and after 1 week he back with similar complaint, he admitted to medical department to follow up because he has a drop in his hemoglobin, we request a CT chest, and diagnosed as Lung mass mostly Bronchogenic Carcinoma, and he referred to oncologist department.
