    Depends on what source you use. This is a somewhat disputed disease. These are the definitive symptoms that everyone agrees on:

    Dietary changes/Hyperphagia
    Docility
    Hyperorality (putting things into mouth as a preferred method of identification)
    Hypersexuality (sexual behavior also towards inappropriate objects)
    Visual agnosia

    In your list I would put seizures or hypermetamorphosis, since the the first is not a symptom but rather an association, and the latter is only mentioned in some sources, as far as i know (eg. The Neuropsychiatry of Limbic and Subcortical Disorders).

    On another note, your post does not fit in "Spot Diagnosis".
