    swelling anterior to rt. patella....it cud be cellulitis of the overlying skin, but since it seems perfectly contained...i go with pre-patellar bursitis
    the rest of the areas around the patella and the joint line seems ok ( from what can b seen )

    the lt. knee in comparison seems to be normally oriented with, with no joint or soft tissue effusions
