    Presentation

A 34-year-old woman went to urgent care while on a camping trip. She was setting up a tent when she was stung by some type of insect on her finger. Before she could untangle herself from the cloth, she had been stung several more times on her hand and arm, still never seeing the culprit. A short time later she began vomiting and noticed her stings were erythematous.

    Can you diagnose the patient?
