    Was going to justify a CMV/EBV infection in a patient who was consequently prescribed a penicillin; despite knowing neutrophilia and elevated ferritin would be very atypical =P Even worse to my ego was that the 2nd response hinted at it being a rheumatological condition. After googling, seems like Still's disease (new disease to me) =)
