    Right pectoral muscle seems to be absent; very frequently seen in Poland syndrome.

    There is scaring at the anterior axillary line so that means that the brachial plexus is damaged due to an intervention ... vizavi its not Poland syndrome because its not congenital

    Denervation Atrophy most likely resulting from damage to the Brachial plexus........evident from right arm muscle atrophy & scarring mark
    Poland anomaly unlikely......
