    i guess it is spider nevi...although only body ( dilated arteriole ) is seen. Classically the spider's legs ( tiny venules ) are also seen. It is seen in some normal people, but is also seen in situations of relative estrogen excess, like pregnancy ( excess estrogen state ) and liver disease ( due to impaired estrogen metabolism ).
