    goldenhar syndrome
    Facial deformity on one side ,,mostly one side ear is involved
    one side mouth line is longer and jaw bone may be smaller
    chin may be close to the ear on affected site
    benign growths of the eye may be seeen
    freq is <3% and transmission to next generation is <1%

    Tessier Number 7 & 8 Paramedian Clefts - Coloboma (Cleft of the eye lid), Accessory Ear Nodules & Cleft of the Left Lip Angle. May need a thorough Otologic review & CT Scan of cranium to assess other associated deeper tissue deformities! Cheers!

    Well, according to these photographs, a milder form of goldenhar syndrome. What is obvious here are the paramedian clefts - Photographically there is obvious manifestations of Tessier Number 7 & 8 Paramedian Clefts. However, further investigations, may point to the diagnosis of goldenhar syndrome. Cheers!
