What is your provisional diagnosis for this case ?
Caput medusae (portal hypertension)
superior vena cava syndrome superficial collateral veins secondary to superior vena cava obstruction
Caput medusae is specifically the umbilical veins.
Chronic general venous congestion .I guess~
