Hi there, currently, there are 11 organ groups in the body - a group of organs that work for the same purpose. Almost everyone has a specialist. A way to remember it "Her lins drum" Heart and Blood vessels - cardiovascular Endocrine- Endocrinologist Reproductive- Gynecologist Lymphatic-Immunologist Integumentary, skin- dermatologist Nervous- neurologist Skeletal- Chiropractor and Orthopedist Digestive- Gastrologist Respiratory- Pulmonologist Urine “excretory”- Urologist Muscular- Trainer/coach? Poor muscle, an orphan from a nurturing hand. After struggling with exercise or stress, it is necessary to relax and treat it. People who work the muscle out, we have enough; life, training, and work. A reasonable comparison could be a Gastroenterologists and nutritionists. So why today there is no specialized Myofascial doctor?. Hippocrates "father of medicine" stated, "The physician must be experienced in many things, but assuredly in rubbing." William Harvey, a physiologist from England claimed: "we are able to influence the circulation both by voluntary exertion and by passive massage in muscles". What did they know that they didn't leave their hands off the patients?. I do believe that one hand should nurture the other should slap. Every hand should specialize (ambidextrous may be excluded). Therefore, if you have a coach that slaps you around (just like my best coaches). One should have a nurturing hand for the voluntary muscle system. I will be happy to know your opinion. Best wishes, Tzouriel S. G.
