need an urgent dx. a child had her all fingers n toes burried due to excess epithelialization

    this pt had an undiagnosed skin disease. since 3 yrs old, she was having excess epithelialization in her fingers n toes. atlast ther are fully covered. I'll be very grateful if u kindly help me with some provisional dx atleast n some links of similar cases.
