What is your medical diagnosis for this case ?
Lesion of nervi XII. Secondary may be of IX. (Glossopharyngeus, Hypoglossus) I need see to open cavum oris on uvula, tonsili, pharyngeal arcus.
Hypoglossal nerve palsy
Left CN XII lesion - Hypoglossal (Tongue deviates TOWARDS the side of the lesion - "lick your wounds")
Left XII-th nerv palsy
Left hypoglossal nerve palsy
Left Hypoglossal Nerve Cr (12) lesion
