What is your diagnosis ?
Possible past history of a fracture of the nasal cartilagenous tip with separation of the cartilage from skull facial bone? Would potentially present a septum deviation to one side and a history of snoring/sleep apnea.
Saddle nose, most often caused by Wegener's granulomatosis or congenital syphilis.
