    this looks like a cold case. old fracture of distal 1/3 of clavicle with possible non union/mal union. A/c joint looks like might be slightly increased joint space...may be ligamentous damage, but glaring obvious anterior dislocation & fracture (healed?) of humeral head - possibly still dislocated long after incident. :? Mechanics altered......intersting
