    a visibly inflamed, cystic mass blo the rt. medial canthus of the eye.

    Diagnosis: an infected congenital dacrocystocele.

    It will be dangerous to probe this b4 antibiotics r instituted and the inflammation has subsided...can lead to cellulitis or scarring of the lacrimal system.
