Re: pediatric cases Disfiguring infantile hemangioma The rt. eye already seems to be bearing the full weight of the hemangioma. To prevent any further damage, treatment at the earliest with a range of modalities is warranted. Current recommendations are - propranolol, steroids and laser therapy.
