what is your provisional diagnosis ?
what are the needed invistigations ?
malignancy may be... tumor...
basal cell carcinoma of the lower lip vs. hemangioma? diagnostics would depend on the characteristic of the lesion. if the lesion is not vascular, a punch biopsy would be definitive. if it's vascular, an ultrasound would be prudent.
Could be haemangioma of the lower lip.
haemangioma cavernosis or haemlymphangioma
