    Correct Answer :

    Mildly displaced fracture of the nasal bone (large arrow). Normal structures which can simulate fractures are the nasofrontal suture (large arrowhead), the nasomaxillary suture (small arrows) and the grooves for the nasociliary nerves (small arrowheads).
