    A 59 year old man with a long history of type 2 diabetes presents to his physician with a new complaint. He has been noticed lately that he is walking with a slow, shuffling gait . His facial expressions also changed to a masked face as his wife and friends told him. Beside diabetes, he has diabetic gastroparesis, hypothyroidism and celiac disease.
