A 32 year-old man presents to his physician complaining of lower back pain for 3 months. He describes his pain as dull pain involving his lower back and upper gluteal region. He also complains of stiffness of his lower back in the morning that improves with physical activity. The patient also suffers pain in his left eye with redness.
