    Practicing medicine in:

    loss of congruency between head of humerus and glenoid surface + increased gleno-humeral joint space + internally rotated humeral head ( almost aligning the head with the axis of the shaft - "light-bulb sign"

    Diagnosis - posterior dislocation of shoulder
