Dear doctor, you must look and feel best to serve best. Your skin should be your one of the top priorities, the following skin care routine is as important as breathing:

Never sleep with make up on: ALWAYS ALWAYS, wash your face and take off your make up before you hit the bed. What ever does not get off from your skin gets into the pores and sets the stage for blemishes.

    1. Wipe your make up off your face.

    2. Exfoliate your skin to remove any dirt and dead skin, it makes it more radiant. (if not every day, do it on alternate days)

    3. Put on the moisturizer which suits your skin type.

    4. Good to hit the sheets

Keep Your Neck In The Loop: Neck is as much part of your body as your face. Give it its due. Cleanse it and scrub it every alternate day.

Feed Your Face With Vitamin C: Use skin products which contain vitamin C in them. They have built-in protection against ultraviolet B (sunburn-causing) and ultraviolet A (wrinkle-causing) rays.

Stay Hydrated: Drink lot and lots of water and add Green Tea in your routine. It cleanses your body and acts as an anti-aging agent.

Make Sun Screen Your Best Friend: Never step out in open without applying sun screen. The rays from sun is one of the many reasons that causes skin cancer and aging. Make it part of your morning skin care routine and Glow!
