    S. aureus or S. pyogenes infection. It will be great if we put a little more information than just the DX. For the learning purpose cause some of us that are not doctors yet. :)
    Gram + cocci
    S. aureus (Catalase +, coagulase +)
    S. pyogenes (Catalase -, beta hemolytic, bacitracin sensitive)
    Tx any one?
