    liquen planus, arsenic, steven johnson,psoriasis, too old for syphilis(?), but he loss weigh so he is sistemic afected, mmm..., looks like an farm or mine worker... its that acitis or he just have a big belly, cirrosis skin rash... who knows? how important is the patient history... best wishes.. ill wait 4 the answer...
