    typical "Egg on Side" or "Egg on String" appearance of heart seen in Transposition of Great Arteries.

    Characteristic features of TGA on Chest radiograph

    a) shows narrowing of the superior mediastinum,
    b) enlargement of the cardiac silhouette with
    c) abnormal convexity of the right atrial border
