what is your medical diagnosis ?
HSV1 Herpes labialis.
Herpes labialis (cold sore)
it depends on the context:
-if it is a short duration lesion: it could be an Herpes labialis
-if, on the contrary, it is a long duration lesion+ a story sun bathing +/- tabacco : it could be an actinic cheilitis associated with a bowen's disease(because of the ulceration)
Probably cold sores, moustache is a boys - actinic cheilitis in a boy? ... unlikely.
