    i guess, it is bursitis ( becos of the location )

    it is usually due to chronic, repetitive injury, than an acute one ex. student's elbow

    Should have differentials, certainly looks like olecranon bursitis, but why isn't it:
    - Rheumatoid nodules
    - Subcutaneous abscess
    - Gout was mentioned
    etc

    First diagnosis is olecranon bursitis .Correlation with clinical and ultrasound findings is necessary.

    most likely an olecranon bursitis, but it could be gout arthritis or sinovial cyst of the elbow
