Chest X-ray P/A view in erect posture with both dome of diaphragm showing homogenous opacity over the right lung field involving middle & lower lobes with some part of the upper lobe, obliteration of right cardio & costophrenic angle, trachea deviated to the left side, obliteration of right cardiac silouhette, no bony lesion is present. So my provisional diagnosis is Right sided massive pleural effusion.
