    most probable it is Erisipela. Infection caused by group A streptococci, and usually in adults and young children, it affect sometimes the face and body.(it would be perfect to see the whole photo) and it responds to penicillin very good if given early.

    erythema and edema of both leg may be cellulitis or erisipela
